On Monday, March 27th, the Varsity Dragon tennis team will travel to Academy to participate in the Academy Spring Varsity tournament. Here is the itinerary for the day:

6:45 am- Meet at the New Tech field house
7:00 am- Leave for Academy
7:20 am- Arrive at Academy High School
7:30 am- Coaches Meeting
8:00 am- Tournament starts
5:00 pm- Tournament ends
5:15 pm- Head back to Belton
5:30 pm- Either return to New Tech or stop for dinner (more details later)

This is just a general timeline and things could change. Since we are only traveling 9 miles, we will not be able to provide any meals. Athletes will need to bring their lunch and snacks for the tournament. There will also be a concessions stand available so bring cash if you would like to purchase food. Also, after the tournament, we can stop somewhere on the way home to get food but you will have to pay for it. If enough people want to stop and eat and have money, we will do that. If not, we will just return to school. Be sure to wear your WHITE New Tech tennis shirt.
