The BISD Invitational was held last Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The girls kicked off the tournament on Thursday facing some tough conditions. Off and on rain plus a 20 mile north wind plague the ladies on every hole. Samantha Mckenzie shot a 111 and Emma Young shot 130 for the Dragons. Friday the boys started their 2 day event. The rain from Thursday made the course very soft and the wind seemed to build through out the morning. With only 2 players in the field recording rounds under par the tournament was up for grabs. Saturday was a picture perfect day and every player was giving their best effort. Zane Truskey had the low rounds for the Dragons with a day one score of 89 and day two score of 92. Caleb Fry had his best tournament to date posting a. final round of 97.
