We will be helping host the JV and Varsity Belton ISD Tournaments on Wednesday, February 11th and Thursday, February 12th. This will be held at Belton High School, Lake Belton High School, and Crossroads in Temple for JV and Varsity will be at those 3 sites plus UMHB. Since we will be so spread out and I will be running one of the sites each day, it would be best if you could report directly to your assigned site. If you drive, you may drive yourself to your site. If you cannot get to the site you are assigned, please let me know ASAP.

For JV, I will start at BHS at 7:00 and then leave for LBHS and then Crossroads at 7:10 to drive students to the correct site if needed. For Varsity, I will be strictly at UMHB and maybe BHS but if you need a ride to LBHS or Crossroads, there will be another Belton coach driving a bus up that direction, you would just need to meet at BHS if you can’t get dropped off at either LBHS or Crossroads to catch that bus.

Here is the general itinerary for both days.

7:00 am- Arrive at your site, or at BHS if you need a ride to your site

7:10 am- A bus will leave BHS to take students to LBHS and Crossroads

8:00 am- Tournament starts

4:00 pm- Tournament ends and players help clean up/break down

4:30 pm- Drive remaining students back to New Tech field house


At this time, I do not have the site assignments. I will let you know as soon as I get those so you know where to report.

Remember these times are an estimate and they could change. Since this is a home tournament, we will not be providing any food. The weather looks great both days but be sure to double check the morning of. Be sure to bring your water bottle and snacks with you. When the tournament ends, you can either wait at your site for me to come and pick you up and eventually bring you back to New Tech, or you can have a parent pick you up. If you have a parent pick you up, I need to receive a message on Parent Square from your parent if I am not there to witness them signing you out.
