The Belton New Tech Novice Tournament was held on Wednesday, September 10, at Stonetree Golf Club in Killeen. With perfect weather and clear skies, the event provided an ideal setting for young golfers to test their skills and enjoy a great day on the course.

Representing Belton New Tech High School, four Dragons — Jadrian Juarbe Medina, Grayson Hall, Drew Carroll, and Drew McCall — competed in their very first high school golf tournament. Each player embraced the challenge of tournament play, gaining valuable experience while showcasing their talent, focus, and sportsmanship.

The team not only impressed with their performance on the fairways and greens but also demonstrated the dedication and enthusiasm that define New Tech athletics. Coaches and supporters were proud to see the Dragons start their season strong and are excited for what’s ahead.

The Belton New Tech Dragons left Stonetree Golf Club with plenty of great memories, a boost of confidence, and a clear sense of the bright future that lies ahead for this group of promising young golfers.
